Contractual transparency
Leasing and operating conditions are clearly established with each owner before any property is put into operation.
Property upkeep and care
Operated properties are regularly monitored to preserve their condition and quality throughout the lease term.
Nuisance prevention and respect for neighbours
We take steps to frame how operated properties are used, in order to limit nuisance to neighbours, to the extent this falls within our management.
On-time contractual payments
Rent and charges due under signed leases are paid according to the agreed contractual deadlines.
A structured way of working
Every property undergoes a review before operation begins, to check that the contractual and regulatory framework is consistent and applicable.
Insurance coverage
A professional liability insurance policy (RC Pro), suited to our subletting activity, is currently under review. Its actual subscription and the exact scope of its coverage are not confirmed at this stage.
Where in place, professional liability insurance covers the company's civil liability in the course of its professional activity. It is distinct from insurance on the property itself, insurance on the furniture and belongings it contains, and from coverage for material damage or unpaid rent.
We do not guarantee the absence of unpaid rent, nor the absence of damage or nuisance related to operating a property.
