Who we are
GSCOM Immobilier
GSCOM Immobilier is the trading name under which GScom, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), carries out its professional property subletting activity.
Our role is to lease properties directly from their owners, with an explicit contractual authorisation to sublet, and to operate them as short-term furnished accommodation.
This differs from traditional property management: GSCOM does not act as an agent on behalf of a third party, but as the tenant under a lease, within the limits and conditions set by that contract.

Leasing the property
GSCOM signs a lease with the property owner, under the terms set out in that contract.
Authorisation to sublet
The lease includes an explicit contractual authorisation allowing commercial subletting.
Furnished operation
The property is furnished and operated as short-term accommodation, in line with the applicable rules.
